Security estimates of a Ring-LWE symmetric cryptosystem against chosen plaintext attack

In terms of application of the generalized BKW algorithm, the estimates of security of Ring-LWE symmetric cryptosystem against chosen plaintext attack have been obtained. These estimates allow us to select cryptosystem parameters directly, based on its security requirements against known chosen plaintext attacks. Applicability of the generalized BKW algorithm is an important factor that affects cryptosystem security against such attacks. © 2020, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
