Рассмотрено использование блокчейн-технологий для повышения качества систем управления сложными распределенными динамическими системами. Предложена технология структуризированного блокчейн-реестра. Предложено решение вопроса выбора математического аппарата для реализации данной технологии.

This paper examines the use of blockchain technologies for improving the quality of control systems of complex distributed dynamic systems. The technology of the structured blockchain registry is presented.
